Reception and Moya, the one who builds your website, are always on and never count against your number. A tier that spent its only slot on the website would be selling you a website and no staff.
You get 14 days of Gold, which is everything switched on, all six staff. You attach a card on day zero so the fortnight can end without anything being interrupted, and it sits untouched until day 15.
On day 15 you are charged for the tier you picked. Stay on Gold and it is £29.99. Step down and it is £17.99 or £6.99. Cancel before the 14 days are up and nothing is taken at all. No charge, no invoice, nothing to claw back.
There is no free plan. We would rather say that plainly than build a crippled one nobody enjoys using.
Monthly, alongside the tier, and the same price in the app as here. Add one, add five, take them off again the same afternoon.
A separate yearly purchase from £8.49, billed on the domain's own anniversary rather than on your monthly clock. We pay a registry a full year up front, which is why a domain is never bundled into a monthly price and never given away as a sweetener.
It is registered in your name. If you leave, you take it with you.
